UniqueIdentifier
 | This Observable has been renamed. The original definition of UniqueIdentifier in the SDM delegated the "uniqueness" of the identifier to the Logical Data Model. It was further discussed that any identifier may be "unique" within a given content (e.g., someone's first name may be extremely common in one country but the same name will not be common in another). As such, it was determined that any expectation of uniqueness should be relegated to the logical level. The name of the observable was changes to reflect this change. |
